In ca. 2 Wochen steht die 29. Auflage von New Japans Best of Super Jr. an. Das Turnier ist das Äquivalent des G1 Climax für die Junior Heavyweights in NJPW und wird vom 15. Mai bis 03. Juni 2022 stattfinden. Es gibt 20 Teilnehmer die in 2 Blöcke á 10 Teilnehmer aufgeteilt werden. Die Sieger der beiden Blöcke werden im Finale am 03. Juni 2022 im Nippon Budokan aufeinandertreffen, um den Sieger zu ermitteln. Hiromu Takahashi hat nun zwei Jahre in Folge das Turnier gewinnen können. Wird es ihm als erste Person gelingen das Turnier 3-mal hintereinander zu gewinnen, oder wird es in diesem Jahr jemand anderes machen?
