    Die nächsten IMPACT! Tapings finden vom 17.09. bis 19.09. statt, bevor es dann am 23.10. mit dem Live PPV "Bound for Glory" in Las Vegas weitergeht.

  • Tapings vom 15.08.


    * W. Morrissey and Eddie Edwards open things with a brawl. W. Morrissey was about to Powerbomb him but Sami Callihan made the save with a baseball bat.

    * Chris Sabin and Sami Callihan defeated Ace Austin and Moose when Sabin blind-tagged in and pinned Ace Austin. Sami hit Sabin with a piledriver after the match.

    * Matt Cardona w/Chelsea defeated Mahabali Shera w/Rohit with Radio Silence from the second rope. Chelsea fended off Rohit interference.

    * Jake Something defeated Kaleb with a K in a No DQ Match after putting him through a table. Josh Alexander confronted Jake after the match and got in his face.

    * Chris Bey defeated David Finley after rolling him up with his feet on the ropes.

    * Melina defeated Brandi Lauren by submission. After the match, Deonna attacks Melina. Matthew Rehwoldt was holding Melina for Deonna but Trey Miguel makes the save.

    * Tasha Steelz w/Savannah Evans defeated Havok w/Rosemary after a cheap shot from Evans on Havok.

    * In a match taped for Emergence, Steve Maclin defeated Petey Williams.

    * In a match taped for Emergence, Madison Rayne w/Tenille and Kaleb defeated Taylor Wilde following interference from Tenille.

    * In a match taped for Emergence, The Good Bros defeated VBD and Swann/Mack when Anderson blind-tagged in and rolled up Rhino.


    * In a BTI Match, Eddie Edwards defeated Deaner. Violent by Design was ejected mid-match.

    * In a BTI Match, AAA's Laredo Kid defeated John Skyler with a top rope Spanish Fly.

    * In a BTI Match, Steve Maclin defeated TJP by DQ when Petey Williams came out and hit Maclin with a chair. Maclin was going to use the chair on TJP but Petey made the save. TJP was not happy with Petey after the match and go backstage upset.

    * Tenille Dashwood, Madison Rayne and Kaleb with a K defeated Taylor Wilde in a Handicap Match. The heels attack Taylor after the match but Jordynne Grace and Rachael Ellering make the save.

    * Decay defeated Johnny Swinger and Hernandez.

    * In an Emergence Match, Matt Cardona w/Chelsea Green defeated Rohit Raju w/Shera. Shera attacks Cardona after the match but Chelsea gets in his face and they back off.

    * In a match taped for Emergence, Josh Alexander defeated Jake Something to retain the X Division Championship. Said to be a good match. At one point, Alexander his ten consecutive German Suplexes on Jake. They shake hands afterwards.

    * In match taped for Emergence, Ace Austin won a 4-Way #1 Contenders Match also featuring Sami Callihan, Moose and Chris Sabin after pinning Moose. This was an insane match with a lot of kickouts.

    * In an Emergence Match, Deonna Purrazzo and Matthew Rehwoldt defeated Trey Miguel and Melina when Rehwoldt pinned Melina. During the match, Melina's tore her pants and they may have called an audible.

    * Joe Doering defeated Luke Gallows.

  • Callihan macht den Safe für Edwards? Interessant, vielleicht bringt man endlich mein Wunsch-Team. Beide haben eine Vorgeschichte, kennen sich gegenseitig sehr gut und sind loyale Arbeitstiere. Da würde ich einen Tag Team Titelgewinn feiern.

    * New Impact Champion, Christian Cage comes to the ring. He is celebrating his win. Talks about retiring the "TNA Heavyweight Championship." Cage hands the title to David Penzer, who takes it to the back. Christian is interrupted by Brian Myers and Sam Beale who hype up their match at Emergence.

    * In a BTI Match, Jake Something defeated John Skyler.

    * Chris Sabin defeated Sami Callihan, even kicking out of the Piledriver. Moose comes out and attacks both after. He sets up a chair on Sami's face but Eddie Edwards comes out for the save.

    * Mickie James comes to the ring and hypes NWA Empowerrr (two days away). Mickie calls Deonna to the ring. Deonna attacks her leading to Trey Miguel and Melina coming out and fending off Deonna and Rehwoldt.

    * Rich Swann and Willie Mack defeated Good Brothers in a non-title match. Afterwards, Good Brothers attack Mack and Swann and violently put them through a table.

    * Rohit Raju and Mahabali Shera defeated Matt Cardona and Chelsea Green when Rohit pinned Chelsea with a high knee.

    * Jordynne Grace, Rachael Ellering and Taylor Wilde defeated Tenille Dashwood, Madison Rayne and Kaleb with a K when Taylor pinned Kaleb with a German Suplex.

    * In a match taped for Emergence, Decay defeated Tasha Steelz, Savannah Evans, Fallah Bahh and No Way.

    * Moose defeated Eddie Edwards following a distraction from W. Morrissey, who accompanied Moose to the ring. There was a massive brawl involving these four, Ace Austin, Madman Fulton Christian Cage, Brian Myers, Sam Beale, Josh Alexander and others that ended with the faces clearing the ring and standing tall.


    * Taylor Wilde w/Jordynne Grace and Rachael Ellering defeated Tenille Dashwood w/Madison Rayne and Kaleb with a K.

    * Decay defeated Fallah Bahh and No Way.

    * Moose comes out for a promo dressed in street clothes. He said he hated heroes and called out Eddie Edwards. Eddie comes out and attacks Moose with a kendo stick until W. Morrissey comes out and helps Moose beat Eddie up.

    * Josh Alexander is out for an open challenge. It is accepted by Jake Crist. Josh defeats Jake Crist with his finisher.

    After the match, Josh is interviewed. He said this company deserves someone who will defend their championship every week. He is interrupted by Chris Sabin, who goes over his accolades. Sabin challenged Josh to a title match at Victory Road, which Josh accepts.

    * John Skyler called out Laredo Kid for a rematch. He ends up defeating him after pulling on his mask to roll him up.

    * Good Brothers out for a promo. They are bragging about putting Willie Mack in the hospital. Rich Swann is out and attacks them with a chair.

    * Trey Miguel defeated Matthew Rehwoldt. After the match, Deonna Purrazzo attacked Trey but Mickie James comes out and fights with her.

    * Steve Maclin defeated Petey Williams after he was distracted by Fallah Bahh and No Way doing the conga line.

    * In a match taped for Emergence, Christian Cage defeated Brian Myers to retain the Impact World Championship.

    Sehr wichtiges / richtiges Signal! Ich liebe den TNA Brand und der legendäre World Heavyweight Titel ist bis heute einer der schönsten Gürtel im Wrestling. Aber IMPACT Wrestling hat sich seit 2017 zu einem legitimen Nachfolger entwickelt, welcher sich weder vor NXT noch vor anderen Brands verstecken muss.

    Man sollte nicht die TNA-Vergangenheit totschweigen und gelegentliche Erinnerungen sind schön. Aber man darf nicht zu sehr auf Nostalgie setzen.

    Christian Cage ist meiner Meinung nach auch jemand, der perfekt dafür geeignet ist. Einstiger NWA TNA World Heavyweight Champion, jemand der in legendären Zeiten dabei war und seine Highlights in der Company hatte. Die ideale Brücke zwischen Vergangenheit und Gegenwart.


    Abgesehen davon halte ich den IMPACT World Championship für den schönsten Gürtel im Wrestling.

  • So unterschiedlich können die Ansichten sein. Ich hab selten einen hässlicheren Title Belt gesehen.

    Diese Meinung lese ich online sehr häufig. ^^ Aber mir persönlich gefällt die runde Form sowie das Design im Ganzen. Sportlich und prestigeträchtig zugleich. Der Gürtel ist nicht zu prollig wie andere World Championships aber auch nicht zu schlicht.
