  • Former TNA champion Samoa Joe's TNA contract has expired, PWInsider.com has confirmed with multiple sources.

The word making the rounds is that Joe will be working tonight's Final Resolution PPV and this week's Impact tapings as he and the company negotiate the terms of a new deal.

Joe has been with TNA since 2005.

  • RVD recently revealed in an interview on TNA Espanol with Hector Guerrero that he signed a 3-Year contract originally so he will be with TNA for the next couple of year.

In what could be signs of a future storyline or gimmick, TNA has trademarked "3 Count" as a character mark.

There are conflicting reports making the rounds but as of twenty minutes ago, there was word backstage from one source that TNA champion Jeff Hardy was going to be pulled from tonight's PPV and sent home due to concern about his behavior backstage.
I am told that Hardy is still working the PPV by another source, but the second source conceded that while had been discussions of changing the card for tonight's show, the entire issue was an "overblown misunderstanding" and everything was fine with Hardy.
Hardy is scheduled for his next hearing on his numerous drug charges this Wednesday in Moore County in North Carolina.
PWInsider.com will have more on this as we confirm additional information, but I believe it's a case of a misunderstanding taking on a life of its own, although there certainly was concern at one point.

UPDATE: TNA officials came close to pulling Jeff Hardy from Sunday's TNA Final Resolution pay-per-view. At one point, there was concern amongst TNA management that Hardy was in no condition to perform. There was talk of making an announcement that Hardy was injured, and that he was being stripped of the TNA Title.
Replacement main events were discussed and they were planning to go with an alternate main event at one point. However, the original main event of Hardy vs. Matt Morgan with Mr. Anderson as the special referee was back on as of last check.

  • * Two of the local guys from the TNA Gut Check Challenge are scheduled to work this week's Impact for Jeff Jarrett MMA exhibition segments. Local worker Mike Cruz is scheduled to work tonight's taping (Thursday's show) and Bobby Fonta is scheduled to work tomorrow night (12/16 Impact).

    * Hulk Hogan wasn't at last night's Final Resolution PPV and according to numerous sources, is not scheduled for this week's Impact tapings. The word is that he'll be off tv for some time as part of Dixie Carter's injunction that was revealed on the Thanksgiving episode of Impact.

    * As of this writing, London Brawling is scheduled to return at the tapings this week. Desmond Wolfe is finally cleared to wrestle after battling a nagging injury for months. Dixie herself is very high on London Brawling as she sees a future star in Magnus and believes that working with a seasoned, talented veteran like Desmond Wolfe is just what Magnus needs to improve his in-ring abilities.

    * We previously reported by Gerweck, the estimates generated by TNA’s recent tour of Abu Dhabi., the initial numbers were less than 400 people per show, and the follow up is that all three house shows failed to attract 100 fans paid each night. The actual numbers are closer to 70 fans paid for each of their three houses in the United Arab Emirates.
Gerweck has learned that TNA talent was very upset when it was learned that a boxing ring was set up instead of a wrestling ring. Compounding the problem, talent on the tour was not happy with their pay offs to boot.
Each of the shows were described as extremely unorganized. The host cities were cordial to the talent, but the shows themselves were said to be disastrous.
On a side note, these shows were not official TNA events, and were subleased to private promoters in India.

US 006 018 044 046 051 052. G & S: Dietary supplement".

(!!! SPOILER !!!)

  • AAA star Zorro is expected to debut with TNA soon. His debut has been held up because of legal issues between AAA and Steve Shipp, who had an exclusive deal with AAA regarding talent being used in the United States.
